We're hiring for a Café All Rounder at Fresh+ Cafe at Port Macquarie Hospital
As a Café All Rounder, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.
What being a Café All Rounder is all about:
- Preparing and serving food and beverages to café standards and in line with food safety guidelines
- Operating the POS system and handling transactions accurately
- Restocking supplies and ensuring the front-of-house is always well presented
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the café
- Handling both cash and card payments efficiently
What our Stores would love to see:
- Strong Barista skills
- A passion for customers having an exceptional experience in store
- Experience in food handling would be ideal
- Motivated to achieve fantastic results and standards
- Adaptable to meet company requirements and goals
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Having your own transportation would be advantageous
Shifts typically vary across the week, including early starts and weekend shifts.
