Cabinet Maker – Caravan and Toy Hauler Manufacturing
- Manufacturing and assembling cabinetry and furniture for toy haulers.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

About the Role
This is a full-time position responsible for manufacturing, assembling and installing cabinetry, furniture and customised storage solutions for our range of toy haulers.
Working from plans and specifications, you will produce cabinetry and interior fittings that meet our quality, safety and design standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret drawings, plans, work orders and specifications.
- Select appropriate timber, veneers, particle board, laminates and other materials.
- Measure, mark, cut, shape and prepare materials.
- Manufacture cabinetry, storage units and furniture for toy hauler interiors.
- Assemble prepared components into completed cabinets and furniture.
- Fit drawers, shelves, hinges, locks, catches and other hardware.
- Install cabinetry and customised fittings within toy haulers.
- Inspect completed work and adjust where required.
- Repair or modify cabinetry and interior fittings.
- Operate woodworking tools and machinery safely.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop.
- Work collaboratively with the production and design teams.
- Ensure completed work meets the company’s quality and production requirements.
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have:
- a relevant Certificate III in Cabinet Making, or an equivalent qualification;
- at least 5 years of relevant cabinet-making experience;
- demonstrated experience manufacturing and assembling customised cabinetry;
- the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications;
- experience using cabinet-making tools and woodworking machinery;
- strong measuring, cutting, assembly and installation skills;
- excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship;
- knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements;
- the ability to work independently and as part of a production team; and
- reliable time-management and communication skills.
Experience manufacturing cabinetry or interior fittings for caravans, recreational vehicles, boats or similar products would be highly regarded.
