This represents a rare opportunity with one of the leading firms in Darwin. This firm has been in operation for many years. What sets this firm apart is the leadership shown by their team of Directors. The firm has invested heavily in their team culture with very low staff turnover.
POSITION
Due to internal restructuring and promotions the position of Business Services Manager has been created.
The successful candidate will manage a motivated team of 4 accountants and work very closely with the Partner to grow the practice.
The role will involve extensive client relationship management.
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- CA/CPA Qualified
- 8+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
- Experience managing a small team
- Experience managing a client portfolio
- Strong technical tax knowledge
- Growth mindset
- Exceptional communication and presentation (non negotiable)
- Stable employment history
