The Role
We are partnering with a leading banking client who is seeking a Business Resilience AVP/VP to join the team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a resilience professional to support and enhance the organisation's resilience framework across business continuity, operational resilience, crisis management and third-party resilience. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the business to strengthen resilience capabilities and support regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the organisation's business resilience framework
- Conduct business impact assessments, dependency mapping and resilience reviews across critical services
- Coordinate business continuity planning, resilience testing and crisis management exercises
- Support operational resilience, OCIR and regulatory reporting requirements
- Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Risk and other business functions to strengthen resilience capabilities
- Prepare governance reporting, management updates and resilience-related documentation
Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in Business Continuity Management, Operational Resilience, Technology Resilience or Operational Risk, ideally within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of business continuity planning, resilience testing and crisis management frameworks
- Strong knowledge of MAS BCM Guidelines, Operational Resilience and Technology Risk Management requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
