Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate BDM who thrives on building relationships, converting opportunities, and generating new managements.
Working with warm investor leads provided by the business, you will focus on growing the rent roll while being given the freedom to manage your own marketing and business development strategies.
This role is ideal for someone with a Property Management background who understands the industry, current legislation, and what exceptional customer service looks like.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert warm investor leads into new managements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate and secure new business opportunities
- Manage your own marketing initiatives and networking activities
- Conduct rental appraisals and presentations
- Maintain a strong understanding of current WA legislation
- Work collaboratively with the wider Property Management team

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in Real Estate Business Development or Property Management
- Current WA Property Management Registration
- Strong knowledge of WA tenancy legislation
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to convert opportunities into managements
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Strong organisational and time management skills
