Position Description
Sync Lift Engineering currently have exciting opportunities available for Boilermakers, to join our growing Gladstone site services division. In this role you will be performing tasks such as:
- Fabricating and repairing pot shells, frames, support structures & bars.
- Fitting and aligning new and refurbished components.
- Removing worn and damaged components such as anode yokes and busbar connections.
- Ensuring all welds meet QA/QC standards.
We have a number of positions available for ongoing rostered work on a number of sites in the Gladstone region. Be home every night while still enjoying the benefits of onsite work! To be considered for this role you must have:
- Relevant trade qualification
- Heavy Industry Experience
- Current 3 Site Medipass or ability to obtain
- Current Working at Heights certificate
- Current Confined Space certificate
- Current Gas Test Atmospheres certificate
- Positive Attitude to Health & Safety Excellence
- Great Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Successful candidates must be able to meet all site entry requirements inclusive of drug and alcohol testing and a pre-employment medical.
The following qualifications are highly regarded:
- EWP
- Telehandler
- Forklift
- Overhead crane
- Rigging or dogger
