About the Role
We’re looking for trade-qualified Boilermakers to join a well-established team in a fully equipped Henderson workshop. You’ll be involved in the fabrication of fixed plant equipment for mining and oil & gas sectors, working in a safety-focused and supportive environment.
- Fabrication of structural steel and heavy-duty components
- Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and general housekeeping
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to complete tasks accurately
- Maintain high safety standards at all times
- Opportunity to work 10–11-hour shifts, Mon -Fri
- Optional weekend work available
- Consistent 50–60 hours per week
- Competitive pay rates
- Work independently or collaboratively in a small team
- Regular, stable position with consistent workload
- $250.00 sign-up bonus for successful candidates upon completion of two months of employment.
What You’ll Bring
- Australian recognised Trade certificate
- Recent workshop fabrication experience
- Ability to confidently read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- A current resume with two contactable references
