About the Role
We are currently seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in Elizabeth Vale.
This role offers the opportunity to deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Behaviour Support services across home, school, clinic andcommunity environments.

You'll be supported to work across a varied caseload, with the autonomy to structure your day while being backed by a collaborative and experienced team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver evidence-informed Behaviour Support services across a diverse caseload
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans
- Support participants, families and stakeholders to implement meaningful strategies
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Physiotherapists
- Manage your own schedule with flexibility across community and clinic settings
- Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities

What You'll Bring
- Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner suitability/registration at Proficient level or above
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A person-centred, evidence-informed approach
- Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Full working rights in Australia
