Avalon NDC - Inbound Team Lead (AM Shift)
- Manage daily work plans and prioritise tasks within the inbound team.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures while driving efficiency and service improvements.
- Provide training and guidance to team members and assist in maintaining warehouse operations.

We're on the lookout for a committed, motivated Team Leader who will be part of the inbound team at our Avalon National Distribution Centre - VIC. You will be joining a company with a great culture, where you will be supported.
Day in the life…
- Manage daily work plans and prioritise tasks within your team
- To manage the standard operating procedures to meet planned KPIs
- Proactively identify and undertake initiatives to drive improved efficiency, safety and service within your team
- Ensure compliance of safety policy and procedures (including HVNL/CoR)
- Utilise your knowledge of WMS dispatch systems, freight carrier software
- Provide training and guidance to the team through training, and ongoing support
- Assist in maintaining and developing warehouse operations systems and procedures for product handling and storage requirements, receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping
