- Work closely with our customer operations team to ensure cars are ready for inspection, delivered correctly, and meet the highest standards.
- Ensure all paperwork is smoothly handled during car handover, keeping things hassle-free for the customer.
- Be open to learning how to assess cars for delivery or pick-up – we’ll train you every step of the way.
- Play an active role in shaping the future of our customer-facing processes as we build our business from the ground up.
- Drive customer satisfaction by meeting performance goals and delivering exceptional service.
- Lead engaging test drives, listening closely to customers’ needs, asking the right questions, and helping close the sale!
