Bupa Dental – Townsville is a high performing 5-chair practice offering a range of dental treatments and services including cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, specialist services and more.

Locating in the thriving central business district of Townsville, we are an exceptional provider supporting the Townsville community with tailored and comprehensive dental treatment plans.

With a range of modern equipment such as CEREC, itero, CBCT just to name a few, as a Clinician you will effectively and efficiently deliver the treatments to entrusted patients.

We are currently looking for a customer centric, professional and APHRA registered Associate Dentist on a Full-Time basis, Monday to Friday.

We can offer high revenue earning potential with the possibility of patient referrals from our Bupa Health Insurance business as well as the general public. 

If you are a new grad

A clinician who is expected to graduate at the end of 2026, who would love to join Bupa, you will be part of the new grad program which is specifically designed set you up for success which focuses on building your clinical capabilities, personal growth, financial stability and vital leadership skills.

This is a 12-month program to provide you with the foundations which consists of:

• 3 bespoke in-person CPD events throughout the year interstate (all-expense paid for)
• Competitive salary package of $134K+Super (12-month fixed term contract) as well as sign-on bonus
• Monthly clinical and professional webinars
• Year-long case study project with peer presentation opportunities with other new grads across Australia
• On the job and ongoing mentorship from experienced dentist on site
• Access to Bupa’s digital dentistry systems and clinical network
• Other CPD’s

To be eligible to the new graduate program you must be expected to graduate in 2026 for a commencement in 2027.
