Are you ready for a new adventure and leadership challenge? We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and highly skilled Lead Dentist to guide and mentor a dedicated team at our well-established and thriving National Dental Care practice in Inverell.
About National Dental Care – Inverell
As one of only three dental practices in the area and among the busiest in NSW, our Inverell practice has been a trusted name in the community for over 21 years. Our 4-chair, QIP-accredited clinic stays busy year-round, serving a large and loyal patient base with state-of-the-art equipment, including a brand-new OPG machine, CEREC, iTero, intra-oral cameras, and a full implant setup.
About the Role
As an Associate Dentist, you will lead by example, combining exceptional clinical expertise with outstanding leadership skills. You’ll inspire your team to deliver top-tier care while fostering a warm and supportive environment. You will also ensure that every patient receives a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Skills and Experience
You have:
● 5+ years of experience as a Dentist in Australia
● Strong clinical skills and high standards of care
● Experience in Implants (preferred but not essential)
● AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance
You are:

● A problem-solver with a proactive work ethic
● Empathetic, professional, and committed to patient care
