Assistant Manager – Domino’s Goonellabah

We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Assistant Manager to help lead our Goonellabah team.

You’ll support the Store Manager with daily operations, lead shifts, coach team members and help deliver excellent food and customer service.

What you’ll be doing

- Leading busy shifts and supporting the team

- Training and developing team members

- Maintaining high food quality and service standards

- Assisting with rostering, stock control and store costs

- Creating a fun, positive and high-performing workplace

What we’re looking for

- Previous leadership or senior team experience

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- A reliable, hands-on approach

- Confidence coaching and motivating a team

- Availability across evenings and weekends
