About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the day-to-day running of the store while leading from the front. You'll coach your team to deliver exceptional service, achieve sales targets and maintain the high standards expected of a premium international brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in delivering sales, profitability and KPI performance
  • Lead, coach and develop a motivated, customer-focused team
  • Deliver an elevated customer experience through genuine styling and service
  • Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business
  • Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Manage stock accuracy, inventory and operational excellence
  • Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development

About You
You'll be an energetic and hands-on retail leader who enjoys coaching others, leading by example and achieving commercial success.

You'll bring :

  • Experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, Concession Manager or Senior Supervisor
  • A background in premium fashion, apparel, footwear, accessories, beauty or luxury retail
  • Proven success driving sales, KPIs and team performance
  • A passion for fashion, styling and delivering memorable customer experiences
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence leading, motivating and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
