About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced real estate professional looking to develop their career within a boutique agency where people genuinely matter.

Working closely with the Senior Property Manager/ Director, you'll provide hands-on support across the full property management lifecycle, primarily managing residential properties while also gaining valuable exposure to commercial property.

This is not simply an administrative support role. You'll be involved in the day-to-day management of properties, tenants and landlords, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills across inspections, leasing, maintenance, renewals and client relationships.

You'll be joining a small team where the successful candidate will be genuinely supported, mentored and looked after, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as your experience develops.

Key Responsibilities

·       Assist with the management of a residential property portfolio

·       Process rental applications and coordinate tenant onboarding

·       Conduct and prepare entry and exit condition reports

·       Coordinate and conduct quarterly routine inspections

·       Liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors and suppliers

·       Attend to property maintenance requests and coordinate repairs

·       Follow up maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution

·       Assist with lease renewals and tenancy documentation

·       Support the Senior Property Manager with day-to-day portfolio management

·       Maintain accurate property and tenancy records

·       Provide professional and responsive customer service to landlords and tenants

·       Gain exposure to commercial property management and associated activities

·       Assist with general property management administration as required

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys property management and working with people.

Ideally you will possess:

·       Previous experience in residential property management or property administration

·       Minimum Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419)

·       Class 2 Real Estate Agent Licence issued by NSW Fair Trading is HIGHLY DESIRABLE

·       Experience with property management software and systems – Experience with PropertyMe will be HIGHLY REGARDED

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       Excellent organisation and time management abilities

·       High attention to detail and accuracy

·       Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

·       A professional and customer-focused approach

·       Confidence dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors

·       A willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility

·       A Current driver's licence is ESSENTIAL

·       MUST BE available to work Saturday’s as required with time off in lieu during the following week
