Asset Coordinator
- Maintain accurate asset records and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Monitor asset performance and support lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and statutory inspections.
As an Asset Coordinator with NRW, you are responsible for maintaining accurate asset records, coordinating asset maintenance activities, monitoring asset performance, and supporting lifecycle management to optimize asset reliability, availability, and cost effectiveness. The role works closely with operations, suppliers and subcontractors.
What we are looking for:
- Australian Manual Drivers Licence
- Australian recognised Certificate IV, Diploma or relevant experience in Asset Management, Engineering & Maintenance
- Tickets; White Card,
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Familiarity of earthmoving and construction equipment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, AMT
As an Asset Coordinator, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Maintain and update the asset register within the CMMS/EAM system
- Track asset deployment, transfer, and disposal activities
- Ensure asset data integrity and compliance with company standards
- Coordinate maintenance activities
- Assist with planning and scheduling maintenance work
- Monitor work completion and asset downtime
- Generate reports on asset performance, utilization, and reliability
- Maintain asset documentation and compliance
- Ensure statutory inspections and compliance requirements are met
- Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors regarding asset-related activities.
