The Contract Manager, Sales and Acquisitions role will manage all aspects of asset sales and acquisition programs and is responsible for overseeing sales to tenants and Commercial Leasing within Asset Services.

The role is responsible for the procurement, appointment and management of service providers for the real estate agents, and valuer panels and ensure compliance with all performance KPIs are adhered to and reported on through the contract appointment.

The role will also lead the coordination of financial reporting for all sale programs.

Special Conditions

  • Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
  • Some out of hours work including intrastate travel may be required.

Short term contract up to 6 months.
