With an expanding project pipeline and long-term workload security, they're looking for an Architectural Draftsperson who enjoys producing high-quality documentation and being part of a collaborative, close-knit team.
This role would suit someone who takes pride in technical excellence, enjoys solving construction and detailing challenges, and wants to contribute to projects that make a lasting impact within schools and educational environments.

The Role
As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for producing and coordinating detailed documentation packages while supporting projects from design development through to construction.
You'll collaborate with architects, consultants and project stakeholders to ensure designs are accurately documented, coordinated and delivered to a high standard.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of local architectural documentation experience
- Strong contract documentation capability
- Sound knowledge of Australian construction methodologies
- Strong understanding of the NCC, Building Codes and Australian Standards
- Recognised Australian qualifications
- Advanced AutoCAD proficiency
- Revit and SketchUp experience highly regarded
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organisational ability
- A proactive attitude with the motivation to contribute to a growing team environment
The Ideal Person
You're someone who enjoys the technical side of architecture and takes pride in producing accurate, coordinated and buildable documentation.
You work well within a team, communicate effectively with consultants and stakeholders, and are looking for a practice where you can build a long-term career rather than simply move between projects.
