Reporting to the ERP Program Manager, you'll support the planning, coordination and delivery of change management activities across Pacific Energy's enterprise-wide SAP transformation. Working closely with stakeholders, project teams and implementation partners, you'll help drive business readiness, support successful adoption and contribute to the delivery of a major organisational change program.
In this role, you will:
- Support the delivery of change management activities across the ERP transformation program.
- Assist with stakeholder identification, analysis, engagement and communication planning.
- Coordinate and maintain change impact assessments across a range of business functions.
- Support business readiness activities and organisational change initiatives.
- Develop and distribute project communications, presentations and change updates.
- Coordinate training and testing activities, including scheduling and logistics.
- Track and report on change actions, risks, issues and readiness measures.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Maintain project documentation, action registers and change management artefacts.
- Build effective relationships with business representatives, project team members and external implementation partners.
- Support the development of strategies that encourage user engagement and successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Your Skills & Experience
- Experience working in project, transformation, change management or PMO environments.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging a range of stakeholders.
- Experience preparing project reports, communications and presentations.
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
- Exposure to ERP, technology or business transformation projects will be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or similar is advantageous.
