The Opportunity
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Allied Health Assistant to work Part Time 56 Hours per fortnight at our Cootamundra Facility.

What you will be doing
- Help older adults stay strong, independent and engaged through meaningful exercise programs.
- Deliver functional fitness groups, re-enablement activities and personalised 1:1 support.
- Work alongside Physiotherapists and Allied Health Professionals to support resident wellbeing.
- Coordinate wellness gyms, ensuring equipment is safe, accessible and engaging.
- Make a genuine difference by motivating residents to move with confidence and achieve their goals.

- Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (specialising in Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy) or equivalent such as Certificate III or IV in Fitness
- Experience in physiotherapy assistance
- Have knowledge of anatomy and physiology to support safe and effective exercise within the aging population
- A warm, friendly and empathic approach with a passion for Aged Care
- Strong computer literacy and numeracy skills are essential
- Computer literacy skills such as using mobile devices and web applications a must
- Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and complete activities (including the ability to work within the scope of practice and seek assistance when required) as delegated by supervising Physiotherapist/Allied Health Professional
- NDIS Check
