The Wodgina Aerodrome is no small operation — it serves one of the largest hard-rock lithium sites in the world, and MinRes needs an experienced Aerodrome Supervisor to keep it running safely and to standard. If you know your way around MOS 139, lead teams with confidence, and thrive in a remote resources environment, this FIFO role on an 8/6 roster from Perth is worth your attention.

What You'll Own

• Day-to-day aerodrome operations in full compliance with CASA regulations and MOS 139
• Aerodrome technical inspections (ATI), aeronautical data management, and emergency and incident management
• Supervision and development of a skilled team of aviation professionals across all shifts
• Wildlife hazard management, safety reporting, and maintaining rigorous operational records

What You'll Need

• At least three years' experience in an aerodrome, airline, or aviation environment with team leadership responsibility
• Current ARO certification and solid working knowledge of MOS 139
• Aeronautical Radio Operators Certificate (AROC) and Dangerous Goods Licence (DG)
• Completed Wildlife Hazard Management Training
• Proven ability to make clear decisions under pressure and bring a team with you
