We currently have a full-time opportunity for a customer centric Administration Officer to join our team in Launceston on a 12 month, fixed term contract, covering maternity leave.
Reporting to the Regional Manager we are seeking an enthusiastic individual with excellent Administration and customer service skills that is looking to expand their career into the construction/production industry.
The purpose of the role is to provide support through administrative duties including, order processing and allocations, purchasing when required.
Your Day will involve:
- Manage reception at the office including meet and greet couriers and mail handling
- Raising purchase orders, work orders, compiling spreadsheets and reports
- Purchasing, invoicing and maintenance of all purchasing records including invoicing, order tracking and preparing & processing of dockets
- Providing Admin support for Sales Manager and Regional Manager when necessary
- Engaging with stakeholders and customers to provide efficient and friendly service
- Engaging with Quarry & Plant managers to ensure orders are communicated
What we are looking for?
- Tech savvy individual with experience in Administration duties and great attention to detail
- A customer centric individual with great customer service and stakeholder management skills
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- Advanced computer skills along with well-developed organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and at times high volume of orders
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team as well as autonomously
