Your new role
Reporting directly to the Team Leader, you will provide high-level administrative support, assisting with operational priorities and maintaining essential services during a busy period.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diary and calendar management
- Coordinating and maintaining medical staff rosters
- Updating rosters to accommodate leave and unplanned absences
- Assisting with onboarding and recruitment administration
- Preparing agendas, correspondence, reports and other documentation
- Supporting leadership with urgent administrative requests
- General office administration and stakeholder support
- Coordinating and organising information across multiple work streams
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Previous administration, team support or executive support experience
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- The ability to work autonomously while remaining a collaborative team member
- Experience with rostering or workforce coordination will be highly regarded
- Previous experience within healthcare, government or a complex corporate environment will be advantageous
