Position Description:
Working as part of a supportive Finance team, you will be responsible for managing a variety of accounts receivable and billing functions across multiple clients and billing structures. This is a hands-on opportunity suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail and is confident learning new systems.
Your duties will include the following:
· Preparing and processing invoices across multiple clients and billing structures
· Managing daily and month-end billing requirements
· Processing invoices across MYOB and other internal systems
· Ensuring billing is completed accurately and within required deadlines
· Responding to and resolving billing queries
· Maintaining accurate billing and financial records
· Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding billing requirements
· Providing general Accounts Receivable support as required
· Ad hoc tasks as required
Ideal Candidate:
The successful applicant will have the following skills & attributes:
· Previous experience within Accounts Receivable, billing or invoicing
· Strong proficiency across MYOB
· High level attention to detail and accuracy
· Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Ability to manage multiple clients and competing deadlines
· Confidence learning and navigating new systems
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Keen desire to contribute to a supportive and established Finance team
