Your new company
This Queensland-based company that operates across a growing industry is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team on a full-time temporary basis with the potential to go permanent. This position will be based in their Wacol offices, which offers plenty of on-site parking.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Supplier maintenance
- Processing of invoices
- Preparing and processing payment runs
- Creditor reconciliations
- Petty cash management
- Handling any queries via phone and email from suppliers
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in high volume Accounts Payable, ideally within the commercial sector
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and being committed to providing excellent customer service
