A leading business in Banyo is seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Officer for an immediate start. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career in accounts, as well as candidates with previous AP experience.

You’ll join a busy team and receive support and training while developing your skills across a range of accounts payable and administration functions.

The Role You will support the Accounts Payable function with accurate and timely processing of expenses, including:

• High-volume data entry
• Coding and entering expenses
• Processing and entering invoices
• Matching and checking invoices
• General accounts payable administration
• Assisting with general office administration as required

About You We’re open to candidates ranging from entry-level/junior applicants through to experienced Accounts Payable Officers. Ideally, you will have:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good data entry skills
• A willingness to learn and develop your accounts knowledge
• Previous administration or accounts experience is advantageous but not essential
• Confidence working with numbers and financial information
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
