Are you a recent Accounting or Commerce graduate looking to launch your finance career with a well-established professional services organisation?

We're partnering with a highly regarded national professional services firm to recruit an enthusiastic Accounts Clerk to join their Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment while building a strong foundation across core finance functions.

The OpportunityAs an Accounts Clerk, you'll work alongside experienced finance professionals and receive ongoing training and mentorship to develop your technical accounting skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing supplier invoices and employee expense claims
• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Preparing and reconciling bank and general ledger accounts
• Supporting month-end reporting and finance administration
• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
• Responding to internal and external finance queries
• Assisting with process improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects

About You

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys problem-solving and has a strong eye for detail.

Ideally, you'll have:

• A recent degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business or a related discipline
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Previous administration, customer service or internship experience is advantageous but not essential.
