Accounts Officer – AP & AR

• Perth CBD
• $42 per hour + super
• 4–8 Week Contract

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join a busy finance team for an urgent 4–8 week contract based in the Perth CBD.

This is a high-volume role requiring someone who is confident across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, has strong working knowledge of Xero, and can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• High-volume accounts payable and receivable processing

• Processing and reconciling supplier invoices

• Preparing payment runs

• Allocating and receipting customer payments

• Bank and account reconciliations

• Following up outstanding accounts

• Managing finance queries from customers and suppliers

• Assisting the broader finance team as required

About You

• Previous experience in a high-volume Accounts Officer position

• Strong experience across both AP and AR

• Confident using Xero

• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Available to commence at short notice
