12-Month Fixed Term Compliance Analyst

Company Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Analyst to join an established organisation operating within a regulated environment on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Working as part of an experienced Risk & Compliance team, you'll support the delivery of key compliance activities, regulatory obligations and ongoing assurance processes across the business.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day compliance monitoring and assurance activities.
• Maintain compliance registers, trackers, documentation and reporting records.
• Assist with internal and external audits, including evidence collection and remediation tracking.
• Conduct compliance checks, control testing and quality assurance reviews.
• Support AML/CTF activities and broader regulatory compliance requirements.
• Assist with GRC system administration, compliance reporting and process improvements.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate compliance activities and follow up on outstanding actions.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Previous experience in a compliance, risk, audit or assurance role, ideally within financial services or another regulated environment.
• Exposure to compliance monitoring, control testing and regulatory requirements.
• An understanding of AML/CTF and AFSL obligations would be advantageous.
• Experience working with GRC systems, compliance registers and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to support a broad range of compliance activities.
